Distributor in Türkiye
The sales, promotion, marketing and brand-use rights for all Rubelis programmes within the Republic of Türkiye are granted exclusively to Taylan Kırali for five years under agreement no. RB-OÜ-TR-2026-001 of 19.08.2026. Taylan Kırali is the seller only for buyers who are citizens of the Republic of Türkiye and live in Türkiye; payment is taken in Turkish lira (including 20% VAT) through Garanti BBVA 3D Secure, and an e-archive invoice is issued in the buyer’s name. Turkish law applies to these sales. Rubelis OÜ remains the owner of all programmes and content.

Where the dives take place: Guru Dive
In Türkiye, dive training may only be given by dive centres and clubs authorised by the Turkish Underwater Sports Federation (TSSF) and by instructors registered under their authorisation. All in-water training of Rubelis programmes in Türkiye is provided by:

Under this agreement Guru Dive provides the in-water training, keeps the student file and makes the notifications to the TSSF (course forms and dive permit IDs). Guru Dive also collects the medical statement and other forms, which are completed at the dive centre before in-water sessions. Taylan Kırali is a PADI and CMAS instructor registered under Guru Dive’s authorisation. Theory-only customers and Presence Instructors may complete in-water skills only at an authorised dive centre with an instructor registered under that centre’s authorisation.
Services
- Rubelis Presence Diver: a PADI Distinctive Specialty course with online theory (Rubelis Beyond Diver), two open water training dives, the PADI certification fee (once performance requirements are met) and all equipment. Training takes place at Guru Dive dive centre in Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Rubelis Beyond Diver (theory only): the twelve-chapter online reading programme with lifetime access and a QR-verifiable Beyond certificate; no in-water training and no PADI certification.
- Presence Instructor training: training, author permission and materials for PADI Instructors who want to teach the course.
