Rubelis OÜ owns, or legally controls, the economic copyright in Rubelis’s original educational materials.

What is protected

Rubelis’s original educational content is protected by copyright, including course texts, training modules, original explanations, assessments, examination questions, original tables and diagrams, original graphics and illustrations created by Rubelis, case studies, training transcripts, and student and instructor materials.

Personal use versus republishing

Access to a Rubelis programme gives you the right to use it for personal learning only. Copying, republishing, distributing or commercially using the content are separate rights and require prior written permission from Rubelis OÜ.

Commercial use

Any commercial use, adaptation or resale of Rubelis content requires prior written permission from Rubelis OÜ.

Third-party rights

Rubelis OÜ makes no claim over third-party software, licensed images or third-party certification standards (such as PADI, SSI or CMAS); those materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.
